Build a Safety Network

This consists of people you can trust and readily contact for advice or assistance in an emergency, or if you feel your personal safety is threatened.
This support is an important part of your Universal Self-Defence plan. People you might consider are relatives, friends, neighbours, community groups and police.
Use your safety network to share your ideas, feelings and concerns. Feeling unsafe and asking for help is never foolish or irrational. There is never a problem that awful that you can't tell someone.
