Not all is up in the top menu bar, so check out all the links in the bottom nav bar too.

If you want to find a self-defence and martial arts training centre location with all the info real fast just click on 'CLASSES' in top Nav Bar or use 'Search For A Location' in the left-hand column.

Or maybe you are looking to buy a product real quick and easy, just click on 'SHOP' up the top then navigate through our shopping categories or use product name keywords or put the product code in the 'SEARCH PRODUCTS' box up the top right-hand side of any page.

We are always interested to hear your feedback, so let us know what you think about any product or page content. Easiest way is just click on and use our 'Post a review' feature below which you will find on most pages throughout the site so everyone can read your comments or you can just click on contact up in the top menu bar to email us your thoughts privately.
