What martial art has the best kicks?

Taekwondo is most famous for its spectacular but not so practical kicking.  Traditionally Kungfu did not kick much above the belt, while Kickboxing and Karate concentrated more on power and practicality. With the advent of mixed martial arts the differences in martial arts kicking styles has become more blurred. The best kicks are not determined so much by the Martial Art but by the Martial Artist and what kicks he or she enjoys the most either for their effectiveness or for a more enjoyable workout.
